General Information

  • Committee uses Zoom for Plenary and Parallel Sessions (zoom link will be informed by email)
  • Please rename your display name before joining the event or while in the waiting room:
  • Presenting Author/Co-Author : SessionRoom PaperID LastName (Institution)
  • Non-presenting Author/Co-Author : FirstName Lastname (Institution)

Participant Guidelines

  • You should enter the virtual room using the given Room Link, Meeting ID and Passcode.
  • You are requested not to share meeting details with anyone else.
  • Please keep your microphone muted and turn off the video when you are not presenting. Turn on your microphone when you are answering question.
  • Each presenter has 12 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of Q&A. You may use your own presentation templates/styles.
  • A photo session will end each session. Please turn on your video during this session. (Host/Session Chair will guide you).
